SAS release a quarterly newsletter that is distributed free of charge to local clubs, sports centres and schools. The newsletter is packed with information that may be useful to clubs and the voluntary sector, such as fund raising ideas and opportunities. Other useful features include articles on gaining clubmark and WASSP accreditation (see links for more details).

The newsletter also gives member clubs the opportunity to publicise their existence and notify the readers of their achievements that would otherwise be overlooked.

Local sports related companies and member clubs are given the opportunity to advertise in the newsletter at very reasonable rates, which helps to keep the newsletter viable.
